It was with some sadness that, last December, the rather fabulous Retro Dundee blog ended, after three or more years of brilliant articles, pictures and videos of Dundee through the 1960s, 70s and 80s.
Over the next few days, I'll feature some of its items about the West End and I start with a photograph of Logie Street as it existed in the late 1960s/early 1970s. Much of this part of Logie Street (West End Ward is on the south side only) no longer exists but the Logie Bar and adjacent tenement is still there:
