On Friday, along with a number of other city councillors, I attended a very thought-provoking seminar on corporate parenting and ensuring that we all do our upmost for looked-after children.
The session was led by Who Cares? Scotland, who have been commissioned by Scottish Government to deliver training across Scotland about the importance of corporate parenting and emphasising the role elected members of local authorities and members of Scotland's health boards have in doing our best for children and young people in care.
