At the request of residents, I have been keeping a close eye on the road works and road closure in Thomson Street and have dealt with any issues residents raise.Last week, the bin collection arrangements did not work well (bins not returned to residents by the contractor) and the brown bin collection arrangements did not really work at all.
I have been in touch with the City Council to ensure liaison arrangements with the contractor over cleansing collections work better in future weeks.
