I have received 2 e-mails from the City Council relative to queries about this, raised by constituents:
1. Councillor Macpherson
Further to my email below the Road Maintenance Partnership inspector has raised an order for the filling of four potholes in Carseview Gardens with a timescale for completion of twenty eight days or sooner. The potholes will not be affected by the surface dressing works as they are within Carseview Gardens.

With reference to your email below, surface dressing works are programmed to be carried out during weekend of 16th and 17th June on Glamis Road from Blackness Road to Perth Road as per the above plan.
Although a road closure will be in place, this is intended to minimise through traffic. These are mobile works and access will be maintained for residents of Glamis Road and Carseview Gardens albeit with slight delays if the surface dressing is being applied at the particular address they are trying to access/ leave.
The pothole at the junction of Carseview Gardens and Glamis Road will not be filled as part of the surface dressing but will be checked by the Road Maintenance Partnership inspector and an order raised if required for repair prior to the start of the surface dressing works. I will update you with information regarding the pothole once the inspector reports back with his findings.
Letters have not been issued to householders although courtesy signs were erected last week and will remain in place until the works are carried out.
