A busy West End Saturday also saw the Friends of Balgay AGM take place at the Mills Observatory this afternoon.
A very well-attended meeting at which Murray Nicoll of the Tay Valley Family History Society and the Tay Rail Bridge Disaster Memorial Trust gave a highly informative and very entertaining talk about the victims of the 1879 disaster.
