Today, I attended the latest meeting of the Pennycook Court and Sinderins Court Residents' Association at which we discussed a number of local issues including refuse collection, local pavements condition, noise issues and sheltered housing TV concessionary licences.
Later on, along with colleagues from Friends of Magdalen Green, I met with a City Council representative at the Roseangle playpark, regarding repainting the swings to a more appropriate colour, in keeping with the rest of the playpark. It was agreed that a re-paint in nice, primary colours will improve the playpark's look.And here's a photo (posted with her permission I hasten to add!), of my colleague Angela Melhert, Chair of Friends of Magdalen Green, testing the swings!
