As I recently advised, I have had constituents express concern about a proposal to have a taxi rank at St Andrew's Cathedral in Nethergate. I was pleased to learn earlier today that the City Development Department has indicated that :
"Due to the high number of objectors, the decision has been made that the proposed taxi rank clearways in both High Street and Nethergate will not be progressed at this time."
A sensible outcome.
