This morning, I had the pleasure in taking part in the planting ceremony of a new cherry tree at the Rose Garden in Balgay Park, organised by the City Council's Leisure and Communities Department and the Friends of Balgay.Photos to follow - but although a cold morning, it was a thoroughly beuatiful morning - and a good turnout of residents and their dogs!
