The ICM poll in today's "Sunday Telegraph" (click on headline to view more) shows a dramatic increase in Liberal Democrat support - up 6% at 22% - only a fraction off what the we got at the 2005 general election.Bearing in mind that the opinion polls - without exception - underestimate LibDem support after an election campaign by at least 3-4%, this is an extremely positive poll.
For Labour, down to 28% is very concerning for Gordon Brown and his failing government. The Tories may be ahead, but that's more to do with Labour unpopularity than any real desire to see David Cameron in Number 10.
